Pop can ornament

I just had to share with you this super cool Christmas ornament. A fellow demonstrator Janey gave one to each of us at our Christmas celebration. She made them using the big shot, Snowflake #2 die and various pop cans. It looks so great on my tree. Thank you so much Janey!

Clubs and Worshops

Hello Everyone!

Some of you have been asking about clubs so here are the details. Clubs are a great way to get your favourite stamping supplies without spending large amounts all at once. This is how I started. I did 3 clubs before I decided that I wanted to become a demonstrator. The clubs will be starting in January. Please email me if you would like to join one or both.

I am also taking bookings for workshops in your home. At a workshop you invite your friends and I will bring 2 cards for them to make. Your friends place an order for the items they wish to buy and you will receive the hostess benefits (free merchandise and hostess only stamp sets). This is a fun evening with your friends and they don't need to know how to stamp to have a great time. This is a wonderful time to host a workshop. Starting January 5 to March 31st Stampin' up sale-a-bration will begin. During this time for every $65 your guest spend they will receive a free stamp set, Paper pack or punch from a special catalogue available during sale-a-bration only and once your workshop reaches $395 you will get a free item as well. As a special thank you for booking a workshop before Jan 15 I will give you $20 in additional merchandise on top of the hostess benefits you will receive at your workshop.(your workshop dose not have to be before Jan 15 just your booking)

Stampers 8 Club – This is a stamp group that gets together once a month for 8 months. Each month you will make 2-3 different projects, sometimes with a different technique or accessory. One of the months you will act as the hostess and receive the benefits (hostess only stamp set as well as free merchandise) You place a $30 order per month plus shipping and taxes and I provide the supplies for the class and a current catalogue for free.

Scrappers 8 Club – This is a scrap booking group that gets together once a month for 8 months. Each month we will do 2 double page layouts. You place a $35 order per month plus shipping and taxes and I provide the supplies, layouts, extra embellishments and a current catalogue for free.

***If you wish to join both clubs you will be required to place a $60 order per month and you will be the hostess for 2 months. ***

Long Distance - I have had some of you inquire if you can join if you are not in my area. The answer is most defiantly. I will have your kit and a printout of the layouts delivered right to your door.

I ask that you please pass this along to your friends. I really appreciate your support. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have.

Congratulations for making it to the end of this very long post. Please send me a reply and I will be drawing for a free ink pad. Have a wonderful day!

Cards for a cure update

Thank you everyone that attended the fundraiser yesterday. It was a fun day and we raised $310 for GI Cancer Research. Thank you ladies for your generosity. It was so fun to see the creativity so many of you showed. Two wonderfully creative ladies totally changed the cards by taking all of the pieces and making new designs. Thank you for your inspiration Brooke and Becca. Here are a few photos of what they created. I think they did a fabulous job!

Have a wonderful day!

Cards for a Cure

Hello everyone,
I wanted to let you know about the wonderful fundraiser I will be doing to raise money for GI Cancer. I want to give you a little information on how I came to do this fundraiser. My wonderful friend and upline Heather lost her dad at a very young age. In January of 2004. The first Christmas after he passed away Heather and her daughter Emma (Emma who was 4 1/2 at the time) stamped cards and sold them to raise money in her dad's name. This annual tradition of carrying on her dad's spirit and belief in giving back has grown into a full day event that she shares with her wonderful team of demonstrators (Simply Stars) and family as well. She has told me that at the end of this year's event we will reach $10000 in donations in her dad's name over the past five years. As you can see this event is very special. Heather offers this event in London and I wanted to help this great cause by offering this fun day in the KW area. This year is going to be amazing and we already have so much planned and ready for you! I'm so excited to share the details with you.

CARDS FOR A CURE

We hope you can join us for a morning of stamping, fun and friendship. No experience necessary!
When: Saturday, November 21, 10 to 12:30

Where: Homewood suites by Hilton, 800 Jamieson Parkway, Cambridge, (just off the 401)

Cost: $40 which includes the stamp set Four Holidays, 10 stamped projects (6 cards – 2 of each design, 2 tags and 2 packages) and $10 of this is donated to GI Cancer Research. If paid by October 31st cost $40 ($45 after October 31st)

PLUS, there will be some snacks and refreshments and there will be wonderful door prizes!!!!!

We will also have a HUGE variety of raffle items. Some of these items may be stamping related but many of them are not and would make fabulous Christmas gifts. We will also have a 50/50 draw with 50% of the proceeds going to GI Cancer research and the other percentage to the winner for a stamp order!

If you are not able to attend this event, kits are available and will include full instructions!
Tickets are limited so please ask your friends, mark it on your calendar and come join us for a fun day of stamping!

Birth Announcement

Hello Everyone!

As I am preparing for the upcoming birth of our second daughter I am planing her birth announcement. I couldn't help but look at the one I made when Lilly was born only 16 months ago. Yes! we are going to be very busy. I am thrilled with how they turned out. Now I know they are not all stampin' up supplies but I made it before I became a demonstrator. So I hope you can forgive me. I will post the photos of the new creation once I have finished creating it. Probably next week so please check back. Have a wonderful day!
